Hi Shelly! I new to your blog and new to weight loss surgery. I had mine November 6th of this year. I adore all your comments, rambles, and recipes! You have given me so much inspiration. I am trying new things. It's funny how after the surgery you don't think there is life outside of cottage cheese. Thank you sooo much for all your posts honestly don't know where I'd be without reading a lot of them. And its so true how disconnected you feel after. Working right now on trying to feel somewhat normal and your blog has truly helped me feel human! *Luv and Hugs* Happy New Year! ~Laura Rayne

Oh no! I hope your mum is okay. :( many raisins did you get this year?

You inspired me to be healthier this New Years Eve. I snuggled in to watch Seacrest with shrimp cocktail, hummus and veggies, and your strawberry cannolis.
