I finally found a protein powder I enjoy (took long enough 8 months of taste testing) I'm so excited about it. I actually enjoy it... No smell, tastes yummy. It's from GNC called Maximum Protein by Energie Nutrition. I get it at GNC but not all GNC's carry it (it's a franchise store thing).
**For those of you who have been trying to locate Maximum Protein and are having difficulty. I just stopped by my local GNC and they informed me that the product has a new shortened name:
Max Protein and the tub look has changed (it's blue now). Oh and they have a great new flavor I sampled while I was there Cookies and Cream. It's awesome!
I'd try and call the company directly and see who carries it in your area: call 1-800-808-8800 or 305-635-6220.GOOD NEWS:
It's available online now! Here's the nutritional stats on it: 118 calories, 1 g. sugar, 3 g. carbs, 23 g. protein per scoop. 30 servings per container. That's what I use but I'm sure you could just use your fav.
Here's some
protein tips for those of you who are having problems with shakes.
BTW: Please note in the recipes below you could use certainly use regular milk I'm just a soy milk girl.
