Hey Shelly,
Have you ever used unflavored protein in any of your recipes? I purchased some (before I knew that I really shouldn't have)on the recommendation of the nutritionist that works with my surgeon. I haven't successfully used it in anything (soup, cottage cheese while in pureed food stage), but I'm thinking it might work out in some of your recipes. Just wondered what your thoughts on it might be. As always, thanks for sharing with us all!!!

Hope you guys enjoy any you try!

Angelia, I'm not a big fan of unflavored tastes more protein-y to me if you know what I mean so generally it ruins foods :( Maybe bring to your support group and suggest a swap... one post-ops yuk could be another's yum :)

I love the fall weather - it is soup time again. At work we have soup Friday and we have three people bring soup in every other week. We are able to try new stuff out on our co workers and have new recipes for our families.
