4th of July Foods

After walking by all those funnel cake and deep-fried Twinkie stands at the County Fair I came home wanting something sweet but healthy. Here's my 4th of July inspired sweet treat and a few other weight loss surgery friendly 4th of July favs...

Shelly's Red, White & Blue Fruit Pizza

2 Tablespoons Ricotta Cheese
1 1/2 teaspoons Sugar Free Torani Syrup (any flavor)
a couple of Strawberries, sliced
a few Blueberries
Mission Carb Balance Whole Wheat Fajita Size Tortillas

Place a drop of oil or spray a baking sheet with Pam non stick spray. Mix ricotta and syrup together. Place tortilla on baking sheet. Spread with sweetened ricotta mixture. Top with berries. Bake in 375 oven for 10 minutes. Allow to cool for a minute, then cut into wedges.
