I've been lucky enough to be TOP SECRET sampling this new flavor for the past month and OMG it is heavenly. It's like those gorgeous golden caramels in chocolate shop windows with a glittering of fleur de sel on top, just enough salt to highlight and bring out the buttery yummy caramel flavor. Shelly's Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate
1 packet NSA Hot Cocoa Mix
8 oz. Water or Milk (I love 1/2 Water 1/2 Milk)
1 Tablespoon Torani Sugar Free Salted Caramel Syrup
Optional: Sugar Free Whipped Cream & SF Caramel Sauce
Mix cocoa mix and syrup together. Pour boiling water/milk over. Top with optional squirt of whipped cream & drizzle of caramel.
You can even add protein to this one if you want to boost up your protein grams on a chilly day. Just add protein powder to the cold milk or water, mix till combined, then heat (no lumps this way.)
It also made the most delicious protein-packed yogurt dip...
Shelly's Salted Caramel Chocolate Yogurt Dip
3 oz. Greek Yogurt (I used 2% Fage, plain)
1 Tablespoon Torani Sugar Free Salted Caramel Syrup
2 Tablespoons (or more) Chocolate Protein Powder
Sprinkle of Chopped Nuts (I used Almonds)
Mix yogurt, syrup and protein together till well combined. Sprinkle nuts on top. Great for dipping apple slices, banana chunks, strawberries or eating on its own for breakfast.
and of course I made a Protein Shake...
Shelly's Sugar Free Salted Caramel Protein Shake
8 oz. Milk
2 Tablespoons Torani Sugar Free Salted Caramel Syrup
1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
1 tube of Instant Coffee (those Starbuck's Via or Taster's Choice tubes)
a few Ice Cubes
Optional topping: Sugar Free Whipped Cream and Sugar Free Caramel Sauce
Whiz in blender till smooth. Top with optional squirt of whipped cream & drizzle of caramel.
