Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.
Last night's dinner...
1 pound Large Cooked Shrimp (21/25 count), peeled, deveined, tails off
1 Avocado, diced
1/2 cup Papaya Mango Salsa (I used Trader Joe's fresh)
1/2 cup Mild Tomato Salsa
dash of Kosher Salt
Toss all ingredients together and spoon into margarita glasses.

We unfortunately don't have a Trader Joe's(don't you feel sorry for us??), so I used the mango salsa from Costco. Thanks again!
