Happy St. Patrick's Day

I made corned beef in the crock pot last night. I have a few experimental plans for it today. After this yummy protein shake breakfast I went for walk... ended up at CVS and bought a lottery ticket. Hoping for some luck of the Irish ;)

Shelly's Top o' the Morning Protein Shake

1 cup Vanilla Soy Milk (you can use ANY milk or milk/water combo. I'm a soy girl)
2 Tablespoons Sugar Free Torani Vanilla Syrup
1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder (20% off discount code info)
1 Tablespoon Pistachio Sugar Free Jello Pudding Mix, dry
3-4 drops of Green Food Color
3-4 Ice Cubes

Whiz in blender till smooth. Top with Sugar Free Land o Lakes Whipped Cream and a drizzle of "Leprechaun Gold" (aka Sugar Free Caramel Sauce) optional
