Blueberry Streusel Muffin 360 cals, 33 g. sugar, 11 g. fat, 59 g. carbs
Blueberry Scone 460 cals, 17 g. sugar, 22 g, fat, 61 g. carbs
Reduced-Fat Cinnamon Swirl Coffee Cake 340 cals, 39 g. sugar, 9 g. fat, 62 g. carbs
...and in my pre weight loss surgery days I would have added a Venti Caramel Macchiato with Extra Caramel and Whipped Cream to those pastry #'s and consumed my days worth of cals, fat, carbs, & sugars in one meal... oh but I still would have had the other meals.
This Blueberry Muffin is sad because if you eat him you will have to spend about 70 minutes on the treadmill to make him disappear ;)
