Choose to be your greatest supporter, your own best friend. Treat yourself with the same kindness, care and love that you would any of the dearest people in your life. No guilt, no beating yourself up, one poor choice does not have to become a bad day, month, year, years. Work on the issues that lead you to hide in food. I look at "my crap" as a mountain. Everyday I chip away at it, I may never move the whole mountain but I'm heading in the right direction.
Be conscious of everything you do to your body (including your thoughts.) It is the only one you have and it is only on loan ♥
