Shelly's CLICK'n Butterscotch Budino (that's Italian for pudding)1 cup Milk
1 scoop CLICK Espresso Protein (any flavor, I used Vanilla Latte)
1/2 small box Sugar Free Butterscotch Jello Pudding
Blend on medium till well combined. Pour into 2 ramekins or dessert dishes. Place in fridge to set. Optional: top with SF Whipped Cream, a dusting of CLICK, or a drizzle of SF Caramel Topping. They are also great topped with a sprinkle of Shelly's CLICK'n Granola or a teaspoon of toasted and chopped nuts for some crunchy texture.
Yum! This is the perfect sweet ending to a fall dinner but you might want to make a double batch because you'll want to eat one for breakfast.
