It's National Chocolate Mint Day. Seriously it is. Google it. So this was my breakfast because a.) I wanted to celebrate the holiday and b.) I still feel like crap and it was about all the energy I could muster this morning after I took a shower. Right now I'm sitting here sipping my shake trying to build up the energy to run a few must do errands... toilet paper is dangerously low.
I apologize in advance to the people of my town for scaring their young children with the crazy-haired walking dead zombie look I've got going on today.
Shelly's Chocolate Mint Protein Smoothie
8 oz. Vanilla Soy Milk (you can use any milk, water or water/milk combo)
1 scoop Chocolate Mint Ultimate Protein
1 Tablespoon Sugar Free Vanilla Torani Syrup
3-4 Ice Cubes
Whiz in blender till smooth. Top with Sugar Free Land o Lakes Whipped Cream and a grating of Sugar Free Andes Mint Chocolate, optional.
Mmmm this shake is soooo good. It tastes just like those Andes Chocolate Mints.
