Oscar Noshing - High Protein Feta Dip

Watching the Oscar arrivals. The guys have it soooo easy at these award shows... a tux, the end. The poor women get ripped to shreds in the magazines the next day. Speaking of the women... how stunning did Sandra Bullock look in that red dress?! Beautiful and classy and free of that piece of dog doo ex-husband. Better get back to the show. We're eating some yummy stuff. Here's just one of the healthy high protein snacks we are noshing on...

Weight Loss Surgery Bariatric Surgery Fitness Healthy Dips

Shelly's High Protein Feta Dip

1/2 cup Cottage Cheese
1/4 cup Greek Yogurt, plain 2%
2 Tablespoons of Feta Cheese, crumbled (I used Tomato Basil Feta)
1/4 teaspoon Oregano
a few twists of Black Pepper
Kosher Salt to taste

Whiz all ingredients in a mini food processor till smooth. This dip is soooo good. Even people who hate cottage cheese will love it. I'm dipping cucumber slices (my crackers) in it tonight but it's also great for dipping meats (moisture is key to eating meat post weight loss surgery) or can be used as a high protein salad dressing replacement.

How long after surgery could you eat cucumbers? I'm not on raw vegetables yet, but just curious. Also, do you remove the seeds? Thanks.
