Shelly's Pumpkin Pie Protein Shake8 oz. Vanilla Soy Milk (any milk will do)
1 scoop Celebrate Vitamins ENS - Multivitamin, Calcium, & Protein Shake in Vanilla Cake Batter flavor
2 Tablespoons Pumpkin Puree (not pie filling)
1 Tablespoon Sugar Free Vanilla or Pumpkin Spice Torani Syrup
dash of Pumpkin Pie Spice
3-4 Ice Cubes
Blend on high. Optional toppings: SF Whipped Cream, and drizzle of SF Caramel Sauce and another dash of Pumpkin Pie Spice. Yum!

Love all the pumpkin stuff! Yummy :-) Ive also been taking 5 mini honey graham teddy grahams and crushing them on top for that graham taste, too. Also, Trader Joes has a Pumpkin Spice granola (I use 1-2 tbsp) with the Torani SF pumpkin spice syrup makes my morning plain greek yogurt just SING fall to me! Thanks for the inspiration, hon!

That recipe looks yummy! I almost bought the sf pumpkin pie Torani yesterday but got the sf brown sugar cinnamon instead...mixed with Greek yogurt and a little sf cheesecake pudding mix....dip with apple slices, it tastes like apple pie! I can't wait to try this pumpkin one!
