Whippersnappers would love this one too. It would make a super healthy after school snack. Protein, vitamins, fiber, yummy. You and the kiddos will be fighting for the last smear.
3 oz. Fage Greek Yogurt
1 Tablespoon Sugar Free Caramel Torani Syrup
1 Tablespoon Peanut Butter
1 Tablespoon (plus a little for drizzle) Sugar Free Caramel Topping, divided use (I use Smucker's)
Mix yogurt and syrup together till well combined. Nuke Peanut Butter and Caramel for 35 seconds and stir till well combined. Add to yogurt mixture and stir again. Spoon into serving dish and drizzle a little extra caramel on top (optional.) Makes plenty of dip for dipping 2-3 apples. Other dippers: protein cake cubes, banana hunks, strawberries, cherries, celery, carrots.
If you want it even lower in fat try using PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter. Just skip the nuking and mix into the yogurt and syrup. Early on and looking to boost the protein even more... add a tablespoon of protein powder. Mmmm Chocolate SEI Max or Ultimate or Mocha CLICK proteins would be great in this.

Thank you so much for your blog, I've recently discovered it....and although I live in Spain am going to try some of the recipes where I can get the ingredients.
Shelly,
I am a pre-op with a RNY surgery date of 7/12. I have read your site on a daily basis for several months now. Your blog has been such a resource for me. On the days when you don't post, I will go back and read the old stuff!
I wanted you to know that this blog has been a major reason for my decision to have the surgery that I know will change my life.
When I first thought about WLS, I was sure it meant I was doomed to consuming nothing but protein shakes for eternity. But, after reading about your success and all of your lovely recipes has given me the courage to do something that I would have been otherwise too scared to do.
Thank you so much for taking the time to make a difference in the lives of others. You are wonderful.

Oooh. That looks yummy.
I wish I could find a way to try that protein powder you talk about. I can't find any GNC's that carry it though here.
I make this ALL of the time. Come to think of it...I make a lot of your recipes ALL of the time. ;-) Thanks, Shelly.
I just made this and used chocolate PB2 and OMG! So delicious. It is quite sweet but still very good! <3
