Yummy Breakfast


I'm on a kick... thought I would share.

Sliced Strawberries and Blueberries with Pineapple Cottage Cheese.

OMG Yum! A great healthy start to the day. I sometimes question why I didn't embrace this way of eating years ago?!? This breakfast soooo beats any crap I used to eat out of the bakery case at Starbuck's or Krispy Kreme.

Thanks Melanie. The blog is my PSA for all those thinking their days of "good food" are over after surgery. I used to think that too. I was soooo wrong.

The Pineapple Cottage Cheese I use is made by Driftwood Dairy (El Monte, CA) I'm guessing it's a California only brand but I maybe wrong. I was in NY and bought Knudsen's and Breakstone's which were close (not quite as sweet)
