Drink More Water

Water is so good for you. I know this, I just wish I enjoyed it more but I struggle every day to meet my daily intake goals. Here's my latest attempt to try to drink more water...

I mark time lines on the side of the bottle to make me more mindful and accountable and I put one of the reasons we should drink water on the top as motivation.

Natural appetite suppressant
Reduces the risk of kidney stones and UTI’s
Improves skin complexion
Prevents constipation
Aids in digestion
Helps headaches
Prevents memory loss
Flushes by-products of fat
Boosts your immune system
Prevents cramps

Kidney stones are hellacious :(

Stacey those are 2 - 28-ish oz bottles... the rest of my "water" is coffee. That's the best I can do right now ;)

Love it, thank you! I try to keep my water intake up because I feel SOOO much better when I drink it, but then again, I have this mental block against it where lukewarm water tastes like spit to me...I know, I have issues, I'm working through them.

Before surgery I had no issues drinking 3 liters a day. Post surgery I struggle to get in 48 ounces a day. Perhaps it is having to wait at least 1 hour after eating. Thanks for the motivation!

oh my gosh I LOVE your waterbottle idea! I'm hosting a clean eating challenge next month, do you care if I use your photo with a link to that page?

I'm lucky in that I don't struggle to have enough water. Before I know it I have had like 3 liters. But if I don't get enough water, I immediately get headaches.

ok - so first of all...love your blog. It is SO inspirational and I've gotten many great recipes my family loves. However, it is so refreshing to see there is an area of life you are not totally perfect at. I always think...does Egg Face not ever eat a bite of anything that's not good for her? does she ever have a sip of drink she shouldn't. Well, lack of water -not a huge nono but you just became so human to me!! THANK YOU

I am one of lucky ones who doesn't seem to need much water unless I am training for a marathon.

Michelle mentioned that much of her water is 'caffeine'. I am the same. :o)
