Razzleberry Protein Shake

This morning's breakfast. Seriously better than any smoothie shop creation. A super yummy & healthy start to the New Year.


Shelly's Razzleberry Protein Shake

8 oz. Vanilla Soy Milk (or Milk/Water Combo)
1 scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder
1/4 cup Storebought Pineapple Cottage Cheese (Knudsens, Breakstones)
1/4 cup Frozen Blueberries
2 Tablespoons Sugar Free Raspberry Torani Syrup (on sale now)
a couple of Ice Cubes
Optional topping: SF Land o Lakes Whipped Cream

Whiz in blender till smooth. Top with Sugar Free Land o Lakes Whipped Cream, optional.

For all those cottage cheese haters out there. *Hand raised* I am one of them. You absolutely can not detect it. I promise. It just makes the shake awesomely creamy and adds oodles of protein. Try it.
