Work Out Tip Jar

For every workout (walk, bike ride, dancing, whatever) of 30 minutes or more I complete I'm sticking $1 in the jar.


You could use the money for a trip or a new outfit. I think I will use mine in September at the Obesity Action Coalition's "Your Weight Matters" National Convention. Registration opens on April 7th! Join me!

That is an awesome idea! Since I just started my journey I am going to need a lot of mew clothes. I think I will steal your idea.

This is a great idea! I set a goal to complete 100 workouts during 2014. I've got a ticker for it on my blog, and every time I finish a workout of at least 30 minutes, I add another one to the total. Once I hit my 100th workout, the plan is to buy a piece of jewelry from Tiffany. :)

Great idea! I'm just now starting to work out at a gym and even though I joined a week ago I have only gone once. This may be what I need to help stop the procrastination!
