Don't exercise? Turn on some music and dance right now. 3 songs. Do it. 
Stopped taking vitamins? Not an option. Place an order. 
Poor food choice? Give away the item and start planning your next healthy meal.

Don't carry your mistakes around with you. Instead, place them under your feet and use them as stepping stones to rise above them.
