You are so inspiring to me. I have just begun my journey as I was sleeved on 11/15. Since I am a newbie, I follow your blog religiously!!! On Wednesday of this week I begin week #3 of my post-op journey and will spend hours combing your site for great food ideas. Like you I love to cook, and look forward to reinventing mine and my husband's life. Thank you so much!

Joan Hollins. Thanks for all your support and inspiration. I think I'd have to say that yogurt is my one food I can't live without post-surgery. I like all your ideas for how to use it. I love olives too, so I think I'd have to say that the yogurt olive dip is my fav.

Would love to learn how to cook healthy like you...I had surgery in 2009 and have gained 35 pounds. Not good.

Your food looks great all the time.

I am new here and I've heard that this site is the best! It didn't take me long to press the "like" button as I like all I see! I am in the presurgery category.

Thanks so much for your delicious recipes -they have helped me get back on track. Lapband 2 years ago, lost 80 with 35 creeping back on.

No, I am not a robot but I was beggining to feel like one, eating the same boring food every day until I came across your blog. I have been following you for about a month and have tried a few of your recipes with success. I look forward to more. Thank you.

I love your site and always look forward to new recipes. I too love to cook even after WLS.
I like to take old favorite recipes and see how I can modify them. So far the family doesn't seem to mind, or miss the higher fat versions. I'm 2 years out and have lost 200 pounds.
