1 packet Kay's Naturals Protein Cereal - Honey Almond

1 Sampler Set of Sugar Free Torani Syrups (4 - 150 ml bottles in SF Caramel, SF Raspberry, SF Vanilla, and SF Hazelnut)
and I decorated the stocking with an Eggy's Mum original homemade knitted holly pin.

The stockings were always my favorite part of Christmas, too. My Mom was ingenious at wrapping those little items in cool ways (pill bottle wrapped in ribbon holding earrings, etc.), which made it all the more fun. This is the best site I have found for post gastric bypass patients, my husband who has not had the surgery has found that he really enjoys the things I have found and tried from your site. Surgery December 20th - NERVOUS!!!!
My husband and I both had surgery recently. He has RNY on Oct 31st and I had VSG on Nov 28th. We have a long journey and sample would be great! It tookk me over three years to decide to have the surgery and I have been reading your blog most of that time.
