Celebrate Healthy Holidays Giveaway

The BEST GIFT I ever received was a second chance at a healthy life by having weight loss surgery. When you sign on the dotted line for weight loss surgery it comes with some non-negotiable, lifelong rules that must be followed, one of which is taking vitamins and mineral supplementation faithfully.

So many post-operative issues and complications can be avoided if we just make sure to take our vitamins every day.

Shelly's Strawberry Snowball Shake

8 oz. Vanilla Soy Milk (any milk will do)
1 single serve packet Celebrate Vitamins ENS - Multivitamin, Calcium, & Protein Shake in Strawberry flavor
2 Tablespoons Sugar Free Coconut Torani Syrup
4-5 Ice Cubes

Blend on high. Optional toppings: SF Whipped Cream and a snowfall of unsweetened coconut.

If Mrs. Claus had a signature drink this would be it. Packed with all the good stuff she needs to stay healthy and keep the North Pole running because you know she's actually the brains behind the whole operation ;)
