What do you cook the Maui onions in to carmalize them? Sounds yummy.

Slice the onions, little drizzle of olive oil and cook them on low low heat stirring occasionally till (for that dish lightly golden) you can cook them darker for a great steak or burger topping or for yogurt dip.
