Quest Protein Bars are a great choice. 20g of Protein, Low Carb (most are 4-ish grams), No Sugar Alcohols, Gluten Free. New flavors: Mixed Berry Bliss, Chocolate Brownie, Apple Pie. Original flavors: Peanut Butter Supreme, Vanilla Almond and a little Facebook birdie told me they are office taste testing a Peanut Butter & Jelly bar *swoon* I especially love Quest bars when traveling because they hold up well getting tossed around.
I've tried all the new flavors this week and they are yummy. I think my favorite is the Apple Pie, when you open the wrapper it really smells like an Apple Pie. As is they are great but if you are near a microwave OMG... nuke the bar for 10 seconds. Seriously it's like fresh baked cookies. The Chocolate Brownie bar nuked... you will swear you just took a pan of brownies out of the oven. Want to try them for yourself! It's Giveaway time!
