I've been taking them for the past week and they are quite pleasant. It's an orangy taste, a subtle citrus not that tart make your jaw ache citrus. Nice. Something I wouldn't mind having everyday.
I am so thankful that I had weight loss surgery I feel soooo much better. I no longer need to take the 8 prescription medications I was on for GERD, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and sleep apnea. Weight loss surgery resolved all my comorbidities but there are some lifelong rules I have to follow... one of which is taking vitamins faithfully.
Seriously so many issues and complications can be avoided if we just make sure to take our vitamins every day.
