I would love an ice cream maker. I just purchased a minimuffin pan, a mini doughnut pan and a mini loaf pan from Amazon so I could try your other recipes. I did make the fudgey balls with the malted milk powder and fed them to the guys at work, who loved them, too, and they're not trying to lose weight (or maintain). But they're so good.

i do love a ice creamed protein drink but i have trouble with it freezing on the sides of the drum
I totally love your recipes. I am on day two of my pre-op liquid diet and am spending some time copying some of them down. I think this qualifies as food porn for me lol. Keep the recipes coming. You should totally publish a recipe book. Hey make your own and sell it on your site. I know I would buy one. Make it so there is a plastic sheet to cover the page. I am a messy cook. :)
