and I'm commenting for another chance at this. Vitamins are a big issue for me. I've been trying to swallow down some horse pill size vitamins that have everything in them I need, but am rapidly becoming more interested in going back to chewables.
Now that I'm farther out from my surgery, I thought I'd avoid the expense and (self imposed) stigma of chewables, but I thought wrong. I really need to swallow my pride and CHEW my vitamins.
