OK - I am super lame - i admit it - but is there any way to get more details on how I can create this delciousness. My mouth is salivating fot hose mushrooms - they look so glisteny. Not at all. Here's the scoop on this one... my regular Mission Brand Carb Balance Whole Wheat Fajita Size Tortilla, Marinara Sauce, Fresh Asiago (Good Italian Deli will carry), Sauteed Mushrooms, Italian Seasoning.
It was YUM!
I make these for dinner occasionally...but your version always looks SO much better than mine!
Have you tried reheating these in the microwave Michelle? I'm wondering how it would be as a leftover to take to work for lunch.

I've only reheated in the oven or toaster oven. I just figured it would sog them out in the micro. I guess you could fold it onto itself and eat it quesadilla style.
