More groovy gift baskets and ice-cream makers! We will have 1 gift basket and an ice-cream maker with us at the LA event! All you have to do is be there, come and join us for some fun and at the end we will have a drawing for each item!

Oh my goodness! Many many people are leaving comments for the wonderful ice cream package! This price did get me to leave a comment. I found you by searching for protein shake, protein snack recipies. I am an ultra runner who still fights weight issues and I don't eat many carbs as one would think a runner of 100 mile a week would be able to.
