Yes. I need to do my taxes. Yes. I am aware it is April 13th. Yes. I need to plant the garden, clean the patio, get rid of this clutter surrounding my desk, answer a bunch of emails and phone calls, pay some bills, run a bunch of errands and about 20 other random things on my ever growing list.
So what am I doing today...
I am going to the beach. Hello I'm Eggface, the Princess of Procrastination.
My Ipod is charged, a stack of magazines thrown in a bag, I've got snacks. I'm going to stare at the beautiful Pacific Ocean and contemplate life.
Because life is short.

Enjoy this lovely day at the beach, I plan to head over to Pismo to take a nice walk when I'm done with work. Had planned to make your strawberry pancakes this morning but got up late, maybe tomorrow!!
Just had to give you props. Yesterday, I had some friends over for lunch and made your Creamy Chicken Florentine Casserole. It was a BIG HIT. Everybody wanted the recipe. Keep the food porn coming. I'm 4 months post op and I find your recipes are great when food monotony starts to set in.
I am not exactly sure how I stumbled across your site, but just wanted to say how much I'm LOVING the recipes you post! I can't wait to try some of them. I've been looking around for recipes that use good quality food for healthy meals, and your site is exactly what I was looking for. Thanks!

I am a procrastinator myself.
Today, I went over to learn how to mortar because we are building a wall on our work team trip coming next weekend.
When will I pack for this trip?
Oh, that is a tough question...all the luggage has to be packed and weighed Friday evening. So, I must pack by Thursday.
Or, I can take a vacation day off Friday, and PACK!
